Meet The Face Behind DC Shutters

I’m Allan Jones, proud owner of DC Shutters.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

After installing shutters for a company for three years, I decided that I wanted to work for myself. Twenty-one years ago, that decision led to the start of Diamond Custom Shutters Inc.

Over the past twenty-four years of being in the industry, I feel like there’s a lot more competition today. There are also more choices of shutters to choose from, and an increasing number of people are now opting for shutters.

As a business owner, getting to know my customers is what I love the most. At DC Shutters, customer service always comes first, as it is immensely rewarding to see how pleased my customers are with their new California Shutters.

Ensuring that my customers are delighted with their products is what makes us successful because when they are happy, they will refer us to their family and friends.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honesty, integrity, and passion. I take great pride in having accomplished my goal of owning my own business and being successful. It is also incredibly satisfying to know that all the advertising that I have done and am still doing is paying off.

When I am not at work, I enjoy going to the gym and spending quality time with my children. I also feel very strongly about giving charitable donations to the Sick Kids Hospital. Knowing that I can help to put smiles on children’s faces because they are not able to live normal lives due to some form of illness, makes me happy.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
